"When I started searching for someone to do my hair and make up I was completely overwhelmed! There are so many options, especially in the city so my wonderful photographer suggested Ashley from MG, and I am so glad he did! Right from the very beginning I felt at ease with Ashley! I wear light makeup on a daily basis, so I was concerned that the application would be really heavy and I wouldn't look myself. Ashley was able to make me look and feel like myself, but only better! She listened to all my concerns and was able to make adjustments so I was completely happy. Ashley is so talented, and on top of it all is a wonderful and kind- she kept me at ease through the trial and we had a great time on my wedding day!"

"The day of my wedding I was very anxious about my hair because I"m notorious for being unhappy whenever I leave a salon. However, Ashley was amazing!! She arrived right on time, and worked efficiently to ensure my hair and 6 bridesmaids and mothers were completed by the time my photographer arrived. My hair exceeded all of my expectations and Ashley truly made me feel gorgeous. I received a ton of compliments on my hair and couldn't get over how amazing it looked."

"Ashley did my hair and makeup trial and also both my engagement shoot and wedding day hair and makeup and she was incredible each and every time! She listens carefully to create the exact look that you're envisioning and is patient when you're deciding between looks! Two weeks before my wedding, I still didn't know what to do with my hair and Ashley came back for a second trial and completely blew me away with this gorgeous, loose up-do! "After 3 hair and makeup trials that didn't hit the mark, I started to think that I didn't know what I wanted and that no one would be able to deliver the wedding look I had envisioned for myself. I had my trial with Ashley and knew right away that I wanted to hire her for the wedding. She did exactly what I wanted - she made me look like a better, more enhanced version of myself, but still natural enough that I looked like me. She's also an absolute master when it comes to eyelash application, which really made a huge difference. She's equally talented when it comes to hair and really gave me the soft, romantic updo I was looking for. The day of the wedding came, and I didn't think it was possible, but Ashley did an even better job than at the trial. She really knocked it out of the park. My hair and makeup were absolutely perfect and they both held up into the next day - even in the July heat!"

"Choosing a hair and makeup artist for my wedding was a daunting task as I wear little to no makeup daily and have a fear of looking to done-up and therefore not myself. "Ashley came over to my apartment a few weeks prior to the wedding and spent 2+ hours testing out looks until I found the hair and makeup that I truly loved. She was incredibly patient and kind, listening to my feedback as we went through the process, and it was a fantastic experience. I knew that I would have nothing to worry about on my wedding day, and I was right! Ashley came to the hotel where we were all getting ready, so I didn't need to travel. My hair and makeup came out perfect, and it lasted all day and night! She also did my mother's and sister's hair, which looked absolutely stunning. She made us all look our best!!"

"I couldn't have been happier with Ashley from MG Hair and Makeup! I did a trial with her and loved the way she did my hair, so we hired her to do mine and a few others in the bridal party on the day of. She is a consummate professional - she was pregnant and was due in a month or so, but you would never know it! She was on her feet working hard the entire day, and she did a truly incredible job. I am very picky and I have really long hair, so it was rough coming up with the right style for me. Ashley worked with me every step of the way to make sure that I had the best updo. It stayed up the entire night and never fell out, which was quite a feat. I would highly recommend her for any bride!"

"I had my trial run with Ashley about a month before my wedding, and I was so pleased with her that I scheduled her for my big day immediately after. I ended up spending more than I budgeted initially, but it was worth every penny. My ceremony was at 11:00 am so Ashley needed to arrive quite early to do my bridesmaids' hair and then my makeup and hair. She arrived on time and made me and my girls feel at ease immediately. My bridesmaids described what they wanted done and she styled their hair beautifully, and she did an amazing job with my updo and makeup. She gave me that old Hollywood glamour look that I was striving for and I received so many compliments. The look on my groom's face when I first stepped into the church is a testament to Ashley's talent. I've never felt more beautiful"
